You know what the best thing is? When you make a double batch of cookies and save 1/2 the dough and forget about it. Then you wake up and while searching for things in the fridge you discover the dough, its only a week old, don’t worry!

Do you ever bake with margarine? I haven’t in a very long time and it turns out that this is the way to go for this recipe! They come out perfectly soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. 

All I had to do was throw them on a cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes and it was like I had been in the kitchen all morning. This particular batch was going with Ty for his Dad, my favorite person to cook for, as they were having a movie day!
