The steak ban is off. Tonight we had these gorgeous giant ribeyes from my freezer. Ty manned the mini hibachi grill, that thing may be small but the steak was in the major leagues. Cooked to perfection and marinated in teriaki sauce, it was awesome.

I made baked potatoes and these roasted brussel sprouts and carrots with shallots, garlic, olive oil, herbs de provence and salt and pepper.

This was the perfect mid-week meal and something about grilling a beautiful steak makes dinner extra special. I especially love it when Ty takes on a part of dinner! Man food. Love it!
